An unusual and very finely made cabinet possibly made for a collector. Inside the two cupboards in the superstructure are drawers fitted with variously shaped compartments. The different shapes suggests they were for a collection.
The cabinet section with three drawer to the freize above four mirror glazed doors with tracery mimicking the inlay to the doors above, and opening to reveal adjustable shelves.

A cabinet, clearly by the same maker, was exhibited by Mallett & Son at the Grosvenor House Art & Antiques Fair in 1966. Illustrated in the handbook.
